Return & Refund Policy
We are so sure you will love our Clear Wellness 360 products that we offer a 365-day return policy from when we shipped you your product. Simply try our product for at least one month and, If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, we offer a full refund on all returned open and unopened bottles*
To process a return request quickly, we do require proof of purchase and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Please provide us with your original order number along with your first and last name.
Request Product Return
We take measures to ensure every package we ship arrives in good condition. Sometimes shipments can get damaged during transit. If this occurs, we will gladly replace your product.
If you received a damaged package, please let us know immediately. You can call 800-731-6442 or you can click here to contact us.
We will provide you with an RMA number which you should write on your return paperwork.
All refunds will be credited using your original payment method and will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt of your return.
Damaged or Wrong Product
Should you receive a damaged shipment or the wrong item(s), please contact our customer support team for assistance within five business days from the date you received your order.
For damaged products, please do not throw the broken item away. Also, keep the packaging and packing slip. We may request to see photos of the damaged goods before issuing a replacement product.
For shipments with the wrong item, please leave the product unopened. We may request that you ship it back to us. We will exchange it for the correct product.
Lost or Missing Packages
Clear Wellness 360 is not responsible for lost packages if you entered an incorrect address during checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order on our website.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping on packages mailed back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total price you paid.
